ELca Launch - Coach Training - Level 1

• Who?  ELCA Launch is for pastors and congregational lay leaders who want to use either informal or formal coaching in their life and work.
• What?  ELCA Launch is the seminal coach training course developed by Jonathan Reitz of CoachNet and licensed for special use in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
• When?  Summer/Fall 2019
• Where? Lord of Life Lutheran Church, Fairfax Campus: 13421 Twin Lakes Dr., Clifton, VA 20124
• Why? The coaching posture is a developmental posture. Anyone tasked with investing and developing others would benefit from this training.

• Commitment?  Participation in the entirety of the two day training is mandatory. In addition, participants will be placed in coaching triads which will meet for an additional 2, 2 hour sessions over the following month.

ELCA Specialty Coach Training - Discipleship and Stewardship - Level 2

• Who?  Those who have successfully completed ELCA Launch, Level 1 Coach Training, are welcome to attend.
• What?  This specialty training builds on the skills developed in Level 1 Coach Training and invites participants to grow in their facility in EITHER the realms of disciple formation or congregational stewardship development. Participants may choose one track or the other but not both.

• Commitment?  This training is a day long training that occurs on a Saturday. Participants will be placed in learning triads that will journey with each other over the following 8 months.
• Limitations?  The cohort is capped at 12 participants.
